I don&#8217;t usually use a frying thermometer, but the temperature of the oil is probably 350-375 F.<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/susanscookingschool.com\/store\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/frying-tortillas.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"212\" src=\"https:\/\/susanscookingschool.com\/store\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/frying-tortillas-300x199.jpg\" width=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Drain them on a rack.<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/susanscookingschool.com\/store\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/draining-tortillas.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"212\" src=\"https:\/\/susanscookingschool.com\/store\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/draining-tortillas-300x199.jpg\" width=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Put them on paper towel and season with your favorite spices!
