I normally would call this a yogurt sauce, but because it is so thick and creamy, I have to call it a &#8220;spread&#8221;! It consists of a combination of crumbled blue cheese, Chobani plain 2% yogurt, fresh basil, ground pepper and fresh mint for decoration.
