Hot Fudge Sauce

Super easy, creamy and delicious, hot fudge sauce!
Ingredients
Yield: approx. 8 servings- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
- 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, broken in half
- 5-6 oz. dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- 1 tablespoon water
Method
- Heat the sweetened condensed milk in a glass bowl in the microwave (or in a sauce pan on the stove) until hot, but not boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Carefully remove from the microwave (or remove pan from heat) and add both chocolates. Stir until melted.
- Stir in extracts and add water to achieve desired consistency.
- If not to be immediately used, cover and refrigerate until needed. Reheat to serve. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.
