This 2 oz. professional disher (dark blue handle color) is perfect for making even sized large cookies, cupcakes, cabbage rolls, meatballs or other items that require perfect portion control. These hold about 1/4 cup per scoop (2 fluid ounces). We have several of these in our home kitchen, but started using them in our restaurant many years ago. They are superior in quality, extremely durable, dishwasher safe and made in the USA and NSF Certified!
