Our favorite pierogi dough cutter is made by Kwik-Kut Manufacturing Company in Mohawk, NY. We’ve been using this product for years and although the company calls this a “food chopper”, it makes a perfect circle cut for pierogi. This cutter has a plain edge-stainless steel blade with aluminum handle-2-7/8″ diameter, 3″ high. Great for biscuits and cookies too!
